No 50 Staithe Street is a building likely dating from the 18th century, part of a range that includes Nos 44 to 48. The exterior is rendered and lined, featuring two near-flush-frame sash windows on the first floor, which now have only central glazing bars. The ground floor has a wide six-panel door that has been altered to eight panels and is framed with a massive wood frame. The building has a plinth and a wood eaves band. The roof is made of pantiles and has a flint gabled end, with a chimney constructed of thin bricks.
