Description
Moyshiel Restaurant is a building from the 18th century or early 19th century that has been significantly altered. It features a stucco exterior with painted surfaces, a moulded eaves cornice, and a moulded plinth. The roof is tiled and hipped, with two added gabled dormers.
On the first floor, there are three sash windows and five blank panels, along with an arched entrance that includes a five-panel door, a leaded fanlight, panelled reveals, and a wood case with a dentil cornice. The ground floor has three windows and four blank panels. Access is provided by three moulded stone steps. Additionally, there are eight first floor windows and a blank panel on the south return.
Moyshiel Restaurant is part of a group that includes No 44, Nos 48 to 54 (even), Nos 60 to 78 (even), and a courtyard.
