Description

The barn at Langer Farm dates from the late 17th century to the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed flint resting on a flint plinth, topped with a chamfered brick cap. The roof is covered with pantiles. Notable decorative features include brickwork in the shape of hearts and brick dressings. There is a large doorway located at the rear (north-east) and a small blocked opening at the front. The eastern gable has a lancet opening that has been blocked with brick.
