3/75 Swanton Gate Lodge and wall attached.

Gate lodge. c.1810. Stuccoed brick, slated roof. 2 storeys with 3 bay east and west facades. South front 2 ground and 2 first floor sashes with glazing bars; ground floor of 2 pane height to each sash, first floor of one pane. Recessed central segmental arch with central fluted architrave wooden door case with 2 part 6-panel raised and fielded door. Deep wooden modillion eaves to all four sides. East front to park with central wooden portico with paired Tuscan Doric columns and pilasters. Simplified entablature with modillions, pediment. Hipped roof with central gault brick stack. Attached at north east pebble flint with gault brick dressed wall. Shares details with dated stable block of 1810 and with Church lodge.
