Probably C17 with alterations, cottage adjoining former Friends Meeting House. 2 storey, carstone and red brick, front painted. 3 near flush frame sash windows at 1st floor, now with centre glazing bars only. Central 6-panel door with hood on shaped brackets. Slate roof. C18 one storey wing, pantile roof, at one time tin-smith's workshop.

Former Methodist Church, Sunday School, Library, No 71 and Boundary Walls form a group and also with Nos 1 & 3 Railway Road.
