Description

The memorial to William Bottomley is located 5 metres south of the south porch of the Church of St. Mary. This headstone, dating from 1701, is made of limestone and features a square shape with a segmental top. It includes a relief carving of a skull and crossed bones, along with a square fielded inscription panel that has roll moulded edges.
