Description

This headstone, located approximately 10 yards south-west of the Church of St. Mary, was erected in 1764 in memory of William Bell. It is made of sandstone and features a scrolled pedimented top adorned with an angel and intricately carved symbols of death. The inscription is also well-carved and presented within a cartouche.
