Description
This lamp post, located approximately 10 metres north of the north doorway to the Church of St. Peter, dates from around 1870 and is made of cast iron. It features a stem adorned with a ribbon garland of rose, thistle, and shamrock. The cylindrical lantern has a semi-globular glazed base and a metal head decorated with a wreath of flowers that rises to a crown. This lamp post is included for its group value.
