Description

A barn dating to the 17th century stands to the north east of Hunstanton Hall. The barn is constructed of layered rubble carstone with brick and clunch dressings, topped with a steeply pitched red pantiled roof. The east gable features chequerwork brick and clunch detailing on the ground floor, with brick courses and carstone. A 20th-century porch is situated on the ground floor of the east gable, while the upper floor has a single four-light wooden casement window with an arched head, brick quoins, and a parapet. The south face incorporates 20th-century windows. The barn is included on the heritage list for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding buildings.
