Farmhouse. Of 3 builds, c.1700, C18 and c.1800. Red brick, black glazed pantiled roof. 2 storeys with attics. C.1700 build at north extended at west to form C18 "L" plan, filled in at south-east to form double pile rectangle c.1800. C.1700 build now forms north end services of extended house, facade obsured with lean-to. One ground floor 3-light casement, one first floor sash. West facade has 7 windows, arranged in groups of 4 to north (suggesting extent of c.1700 build) 5 to south, all sashes with glazing bars under flat rubbed brick arches. Mid C18 wooden door architrave with pilasters, open pediment, arched fanlight with glazing bars, single panel reveals and intrados, 6 panel raised and fielded door. C.1800 east front has central 3 window 2 storey canted bow, 2 north and 2 south windows. Off centre c.1840 tripartite doorcase with glazed side lights, raised and fielded panel door. Console bracket pentice canopy. Roof hipped at north with 2 ridge stacks. 2 south gables with end stacks.
