Description

This is a mid-18th century dovecote located 140 meters east of Oxburgh Hall. It is built of brick and has a slate roof, featuring an octagonal shape with two storeys. There is a square door opening on the southwest side, below a square window, with a similar window on the opposite side. A flat string course runs along the first floor, topped by a deeply moulded timber cornice. The roof structure has collapsed, and there is no internal division of the storeys, which contain 13 tiers of nesting boxes.
