Description
No. 8 Ferry Square is a house from the early 19th century that has undergone significant alterations in the 20th century. It is constructed of pebbledashed brick and features a machine tile roof. The building stands two storeys high with a dormer attic and is arranged in three bays. The entrance consists of a 20th-century door set within a 20th-century gabled porch. The windows show mixed styles; the east gable has two sash windows on the ground floor with glazing bars, while the first-floor left window is a horned replacement sash, and its neighbor is a 20th-century casement. The house is included in the listing for its group value.
