Description

This building is a cottage attached to a pair of cottages located to the east of Mostyn, dating from the 18th century or earlier. It features a pebble dash exterior on brick with a red pantile roof. The cottage is two stories high and has two windows, including a single ground floor sash and two first floor sashes, all with glazing bars. The entrance is marked by an 18th-century six-panel door, where the two upper panels are glazed. There is a brick dentil eaves cornice and a steeply pitched roof with raised brick parapet gables. The east gable has two blocked attic fire windows, which suggest that the building may predate 1700. Additionally, there is a lean-to structure attached to the east side.
