Description

This is a two-storey house dated 1842, located 90 metres west of Australian House. It is constructed of rubble with a gault brick facade and has a slate roof. The house has four bays, and a portico porch is set off to the right, supported by Tuscan columns. It features sash windows with glazing bars, each set beneath a gauged skewback arch. The roof is gabled with internal gable stacks, and the gables have shouldered parapets. A datestone is visible on the east gable head.
