MIDDLETON LYNN ROAD TF 61 NE (north side) 5/54 Memorial c.5m south east of porch of church of St. Mary q.v. 5/50 GV II Headstone, 1720, limestone. Small with segmental head, 2 cherubs holding basket of fruit; beribboned and fielded round inscription panel to Sarah Turner, March 1712 - February 1720.
