Description

Fells is an early 18th-century building that has been altered. It is constructed of carstone and thin brick, with a painted front. The building is two stories high and features three flush frame sash windows that have vertical glazing bars and cambered heads. The ground floor has been modernized to accommodate a full-width shop. Fells, along with Nos 10 to 16 (even), forms a group with Nos 8 to 10 (consecutive) on Market Place and No 20 on High Street.
