Description

18 and 20 Market Square is a building from the 18th century with an altered front. It is constructed of colour-washed brick and has an old tiled roof. The building has two storeys and attics, featuring two box dormers. The ground floor includes 19th century and modern shops with cornices. On the first floor, there are three windows: two sash windows and a 19th century canted casement bay. The north side elevation displays exposed timber framework. Nos 2 to 20 (even) form a group.
