Description

This is an 18th-century building, altered later. It is constructed of whitewashed brick with a Welsh slate roof and an eaves cornice. The building is three storeys high and has a band to the second floor. A 19th-century shop front occupies the ground floor. The upper floors each contain three flush sash windows; the first floor windows have glazing bars. The building is listed for its group value and forms part of a group with numbers 2 to 20 (even) along Market Square.
