Description

The barn at Church Farm is an early 18th-century structure made of brick and thatch. The north side features a prominent transept entrance with double timber doors and a weatherboarded gable head. There are slit ventilation lights on the sides, some of which are blocked. The principal gable heads show tumbling and signs of raising. The barn has a gabled roof and the rear has opposing double timber doors. A tall plinth course runs along the base, continuing to the eaves with pilaster strips that create the appearance of two rebated panels on either side of the doors. The Church Farmhouse is not listed.
