Description

Red Fleet House is an early 19th-century house located on St George's Road in Great Yarmouth. The building is constructed of brown brick and features a roof covered in concrete corrugated tiles. It stands two stories tall and has three bays, with the central bay projecting forward under a pediment adorned with modillions. The facade includes pilaster strips at the corners.

The entrance features a central 20th-century six-panelled door set within a doorcase that consists of a pair of fluted pilasters supporting a Doric frieze. On either side of the door, there are unhorned six-over-six sash windows, both with margin glazing and gauged skewback arches. The first floor has three plain six-over-six sash windows, also under gauged skewback arches. The building is topped with a parapet, and a stack rises above the parapet on the right side. At the rear, there is a late 20th-century conservatory. The interior has not been inspected.
