Description
Elm Tree House is a house dated 1866 on the south wall, although its overall structure is generally from the early 19th century. It is built of red brick and features a shallow pitched hipped pantile roof. The house has two storeys and a symmetrical facade with three bays. The windows are sashes with glazing bars and have flat gauged arches above them. The central first-floor sash is narrower than the others and sits above the doorway. The central doorway is framed by a panelled architrave and cornice, and it has a six-panelled door topped with a rectangular fanlight. At the rear, there is a catslide lean-to that includes 19th and 20th-century casements. The house is included for its group value.
