Semi-detached estate cottages, dated 1859, of red brick and shaped plain, tiles. Double pile plan of 2 storeys. Facade to road, 3 windows with central single storey blind porch. Porch has plinth, carved timber door frame, moulded brick kneelers and stepped parapet gable with crest. Inside oak seats and tiled floor. Windows of house, 3 light casements with stone sills, splayed reveals with hood moulds and label stops. Brick plinth, string course at first floor level and moulded brick eaves. Moulded brick Kneelers to double stepped gables. Central axial stacks on each ridge with moulded bases, 3 octagonal shafts and battlemented tops.
