Description

The Mill House is a house from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a black-glazed pantile roof. The building has two storeys and is L-shaped. It includes sash windows with architraves and 3-light casements with glazing bars. The eaves are adorned with brick dentils. There is an off-centre entrance door that has a later porch. The gables are parapeted and coped, with internal chimney stacks, and there is a large off-centre axial stack. On the south side of the east wing, there is a slated porch with a canopy supported by console brackets. The Mill House is included for its group value with Burgh Mill.
