Farmhouse. Circa 1830. Brick with slate roof to main block and pantiles to service extension. Service extension forms stem of T plan. 3-bay facade of sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches. Central doorway with semicircular fanlight. Panelled entrance reveals and open pedimented doorcase on pilasters. Wide eaves on paired brackets and hipped roof.
