Description

This is a disused limekiln from the first half of the 19th century. It is constructed of brick with some flint and has a circular plan featuring a segmental annular vault. The structure includes a central pile with a conical pit above, two wide arched chutes (one of which has collapsed), and two narrow arched chutes. There is a lateral entrance supported by a pair of sloping buttresses.
