Description

Mill Cottages comprises three cottages with a probable 16th-century or earlier timber frame core. The exterior was significantly altered in the late 19th century, now featuring red brick and tile hanging. The cottages are two storeys high and have a steep, plain tile roof with a ridge chimney stack located south of centre. A lower, gabled cross wing extends to the north. The ground floor features doorways and windows with segmental heads. There are three wooden casement windows with horizontal glazing bars. Inside, heavy axial floor beams are present.
