This is a 17th-century barn located on the east side of the farmyard at Nyn Manor Farm, with alterations made in the 19th century. The barn is timber framed and weatherboarded, with a brick base that is partly plastered. It features a hipped plain tile roof and has a one-bay 19th-century extension on the north side. The west side has aisled construction, and a floor was inserted during the 19th century. The 17th-century wall joins on the west side at the northern end.
