Description

This is a formal manor house dating to around 1700, built of red brick. It is two storeys high with an attic, and has a hipped roof covered in plain tiles, featuring two gabled dormers. The front elevation has five windows across, with gauged brick heads above the windows and moulded brick panels beneath the first-floor sills. The central first-floor window is framed by a moulded brick pilaster, with a more elaborate moulded brick panel below; the bottom moulding has a serpentine cut. Gauged brick heads are visible above the ground-floor windows, with painted keyblocks. A central wooden doorcase features a moulded architrave and pediment supported by brackets, leading to a six-panel door. The interior has been altered.
