Description

Heath Farm Court, also known as Heath Farmhouse, is an 18th to 19th century brick and weatherboard house built upon a late 17th century core. It consists of two parallel ranges, both two storeys and with an attic, and features plain tile roofs. The earlier north range is largely rebuilt in brick at ground floor and weatherboard above, with no original external features surviving from the original construction. The south range is early 19th century, constructed of painted brick and has five windows with casement windows in segment-headed surrounds to the first floor. The ground floor has full-height openings and a lean-to verandah with a slate roof and trelliswork. End-wall chimneys are present. A minor, partially rendered range is located at the north end. The house was formerly the home of W. B. Brett, 1st Viscount Esher (1818-99), who served as Master of the Rolls in 1883.
