Description

This chest tomb, dedicated to Samuel Clover and his family, dates from the early to mid-18th century. It is located immediately east of the chancel of the Parish Church of St Mary in Redbourn. The tomb is made of stone and features gadrooned angles, with fielded panels on both the long and short sides. Originally, the base of the tomb was surrounded by railings.
