Description
An early 19th-century terrace of four buildings, numbered 21 to 25 College Street. The terrace is two storeys and has a basement, with two windows on each property. The exterior is of multicoloured stock brick, topped by a low-pitched, slate roof with an eaves soffit. The sash windows have glazing bars and are set within stucco architraves. A band runs along the first-floor cills. The ground-floor windows have a console bracketed cornice. The round-arched door openings feature stucco pilasters, an architrave, and a keystone. The recessed doors have margin lights. The basements are stuccoed. Buildings 1 to 27A (odd) form a group.
