Description
Beaumont Hall Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the late 17th century or early 18th century, with later recasing in the 18th century and a north wing added in the mid-19th century, creating a square plan. The building is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile hipped roof. It has two storeys.
The east elevation showcases five first-floor sash windows, with the rightmost window being a dummy. On the ground floor, there is an impressive early to mid-19th century wooden verandah with seven bays, which returns for four bays along the north side. This verandah is supported by open fret pilasters and arches, has a coved roof, and includes brick infill on the right side. The left side features a three-light French window with a reeded frame. The central door is adorned with a radiating leaded fan and Gothic style double leaves.
On the north elevation, there is an external stack from the 17th or 18th century with a tall base. The south side includes three recessed sash windows and a door with eight fielded panels.
