Description

Mill Cottage is a house that was formerly part of a mill complex, dating from the 17th century. It features a timber frame and consists of two attached blocks with a 17th-century red brick stack at the join. The walls are plastered, and the roof is covered with machine tiles. The building has two storeys, with the taller block on the right having blank walls. There is one 19th-century casement window on the ground floor of the left block. The rear elevation includes a 17th-century three-light wood casement window on the first floor, located on the right side. To the left, there is an attached single-storey outbuilding from the 17th or 18th century, constructed of red brick and topped with a plain tile roof.
