Description
39 Holywell Hill is a 15th-century timber-framed building that has been refaced with plaster. It stands two storeys high and features three windows. The building has a high-pitched tiled roof that continues with the roof of the adjacent No 37. On the first floor, there are two replaced two-light casement windows with glazing bars and one central one-light window. The ground floor includes a carriageway on the left, a sash window with glazing bars set in a slightly projecting moulded frame, and a door with five fielded panels topped by a radial fanlight of plate tracery type, which is adorned with a cornice hood supported by curved brackets.
