Description
No 20 Leyton Road is an early 19th-century house that is continuous with No 18. It is constructed of red brick and features a steep-pitched plain tile roof. The right side has a gable with a scalloped bargeboard. The house has two storeys and three glazing bar casements. It is included in the listing for its group value.
