Description

Marford Cottage is a cottage dating from the later 17th century or early 18th century. It features a timber frame with white painted roughcast and a plastered plinth beneath the ground floor window sills. The roof is covered with plain tiles, and the building has one storey with attics. It includes five small casement windows and four gabled casement dormers. There are two lateral chimney stacks located on the rear elevation. Inside, the cottage has exposed ceiling and wall framing.
