Description

Sunnyside is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier, with later recasing in the late 18th century or early 19th century. There is a mid-19th century extension on the left side. The building features a timber frame with red brick walling, and the left bay is constructed in rat trap bond. It has one storey and attics, with three replacement glazing bar casements and two box dormers from the 18th or 19th century. At the rear, there is a slightly taller central projection that includes a 17th-century lateral red brick chimney stack on the right side. The left gable end displays thin exposed framing.
