Icehouse. C18. Red brick with some blue bricks. A deep large conical well with domed cap buried under an earth mound and approached by a low segmental vaulted narrow passage on NW about 4M long and about 1.5M below ground level. The passage is crushed inwards by treeroots and is unroofed at its outer end. Wooden crosspiece for former door halfway along passage.
