Description

Early 18th century. Located within wooded campus of university, close to the E bank of former burn. Circular domed subterranean structure, now overgrown. Sandstone rubble masonry, droved margins. Entrance in N-facing chamber.

Interior: egg-shaped section with domical vault. 5m in diameter, 8m in height.
