Description
This is a 17th-century barn that has been converted into a garage for Spindle Cottage. It features a timber frame that is covered with dark weatherboarding, resting on a sill made of flints with corners of tarred brick. The barn has a steeply pitched roof, which is now made of corrugated asbestos. It is a tall, two-bay structure located on the roadside, facing east. The northern half of the front is taken up by a large boarded sliding door. This building is included for its group value.
