Description

This is a cottage terrace located on the north-east side of High Street in Codicot. The terrace incorporates a left-hand section dating to the 17th century, featuring a gabled cross wing constructed in timber frame and plaster. The right-hand section is likely from the 18th century, and the entire terrace was subsequently faced with chequered red brick. The roof is covered with plain tiles, and it is slightly higher on the left-hand side. A red brick chimney stack, with an ovolo-moulded top course, is situated at the ridge where it joins the cross wing. The terrace is two stories high and contains four casement windows on each floor. The ground floor windows on the right have segmental arches over their heads, while the first-floor windows have eyebrow arches. There are four doors providing access to the properties.
