Stable block to Newsells Park. Late C18. Probably for G. Jennings. Red brick. Hipped tiled roof. 9 bays. 1 storey and attic. 3 central segmental arches, that to centre to a passage through, flanking doors to carriage entrances, above a pediment with dentilled brick sides, reeded panels, clock. Central timber cupola, pilastered arcading, cornice to ogee head, ball finial and weathervane. Outer bays: to left a central entrance with fanlight, flanking glazing bar sashes in shallow reveals with gauged brick flat arched heads, to right 3 stable doors with a central round head, 2 light box dormers, ridge stack. To rear: 3 separate hips over projecting coach houses to centre, 2 light'casements flank central passage, all with segmental heads. Outshut additions to outer bays, a box dormer to left. Attached to rear right is a separate range extending at right angles. 1 storey. Stable doors, lattice light casements, plat band to outer elevation, dentilled brick eaves, hipped roof. (Pevsner 1977). Newsells Park House is not listed.
