Former brewhouse with coalshed and farm office additions, now all storage. C18 brewhouse is part weatherboarded and rendered timber frame, part red brick. Tiled roof. 2 bays. Towards house a door and a 20 pane sash, high brick base. Left end is red brick with an internal stack, weatherboarded to rear. Right end half hipped to lower C19 coalshed and office, weatherboarded with shallow pitched slate roof. 3 doors, that to right to office with 6 fielded panels, window in right end, stack to rear of office. Included for group value.
