The outbuilding located immediately to the north-east of Manor Farmhouse is likely from the 17th century. It is constructed of coursed stone rubble and may have served as a brewhouse. The building features a steeply pitched pantile roof with gabled ends and has a central brick stack. There is a cart entrance on the north side.
