Single-storey 3x3 - bay shop addition, having 1½ bays incorporated in right bay of house. House: early-mid C20 part-glazed door, at centre, and flush casement windows with glazing bars, two of 2 transomed lights to ground floor left of door and 4 lights above, two of 2 lights to first floor on right. Central ridge stack. Shops: panelled pilasters on plinths supporting corniced frieze, with embossed panels over pilasters and blocking course. Shop doors have 12-pane glazed section over base-panel. Flat roof. Right-hand shop has entrance at centre of right return with decoratively-tiled pavement (with legend 'Offords') in front of recessed door and leaded overlight above ; windows have tessellated panels below and iron grilles above. Right gable of house is weatherboarded. Interior of house not inspected.
