Description
47-51 Eyhorne Street is a row of houses with a shop on the left, dating from the 17th century but featuring an early 19th-century facade. The ground floor is finished in painted brick laid in Flemish bond, while the first floor has channelled render. The building has a plain tile roof and stands two storeys high with a garret. It features projecting eaves with a moulded wooden eaves cornice and a half-hipped roof. There are two brick stacks at the rear, one to the left of centre and another to the right. The front has irregular fenestration with five 16-pane sash windows. The shop front on the left is a four-light design from the 19th century, complete with a plain wooden frieze and a central half-glazed door. To the right of centre, there is a panelled door. A rear wing extends to the right and has a lower ridge. The interior has not been inspected.
