Description
The structure consists of a bridge, gateposts, and revetment to the moat at Salisbury Hall, dating from the 17th or 18th century. The bridge is made of brick and features a single round-headed arch with raked courses leading up to a coped parapet. Flanking the bridge are two square gateposts, each topped with stone cornices and foliate ball finials, although the original gates have been removed. The moat wall is from the 17th or 18th century and possibly earlier. To the left of the bridge and in the return wall to the southwest, there are some squared, knapped flint panels. On the right side of the bridge, brick buttresses are present.
