Description

Rosemount is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of red brick, which likely covers a timber frame, and features a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and two windows. The central entrance is flanked by three-light timber casements on both the ground and first floors, which have cambered heads. There is a dentilled eaves cornice along the roofline. The principal stack is located externally on the right side, which is finished in cement render and weatherboarding, with the stack positioned in the front pitch to the left. To the left, there is a one-bay, one-storey wing, and a catslide roof covers an extension at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
