Description

North Leys Cottage is a house and barn of the mid-to-late 19th century, located behind North Leys on Much Hadham High Street. The buildings are weatherboarded and arranged in a single, gable-ended range. They have an old pantile roof. The white-painted gable end with a lean-to extension to the south features a variety of flush casement windows: a pair to the north of a gabled porch, a pair of small-paned casements above, and a triad to the left of the porch. The property is included on the heritage register for group value.
