Description
Westbury House is an inn that has been converted into a house, with origins dating back to the 16th or 17th century. The building features an early 18th-century parapeted front that has been stuccoed, and it was rewindowed around 1830. It has old tiled roofs and is arranged in an L shape, with two storeys. The main block has four windows, which are predominantly 8/8 sash windows, except for a 6/6 sash window located above the door. The windows and door on the southern side have reeding and paterae surrounds, with the door featuring leaf-carved consoles and a dentil cornice. There is a band beneath the parapet. To the north, there is an early 19th-century extension that has one window and plain 6/6 sash windows.
